Reachvo is an AI-powered cold email and DM writing tool operated as an individual/unregistered business in India. We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) through our website.

2. Use of Service

You may use Reachvo for lawful business outreach purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the tool to send spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages
• Resell or redistribute our generated content as your own AI product
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Use the tool for harassment or malicious outreach

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Lifetime plans are one-time payments. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for monthly and yearly plans. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days. To request a refund, email us at support@reachvo.in within 7 days of purchase.

5. AI Generated Content

Messages generated by Reachvo are AI-created and provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send any generated content. We do not guarantee specific results from using our messages.

6. Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Reachvo after changes means you accept the new terms.
