• Name and email address (when you sign up or pay)
• Phone number (for payment processing via Razorpay)
• Usage data (number of generations, features used)
• Content you enter into the tool (product descriptions, target audience)

How We Use Your Data

• To process your payment and activate your subscription
• To send you important account and product updates
• To improve the quality of our AI-generated messages
• To provide customer support

What We Don't Do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties
• We never store the messages generated for you permanently
• We never share your data with advertisers

Third Party Services

We use Razorpay for payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data. We use Groq for AI processing — prompts are sent to their API but not stored permanently.

Cookies

We use minimal browser storage (localStorage) to track free usage limits and subscription status on your device. No tracking cookies are used.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@reachvo.in. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
